Niall is a partner with Lawlor Kiernan LLP solicitors. He regularly represents clients in the Commercial, High and Circuit Court.

Niall has worked on numerous high value personal and fatal injury claims, medical negligence, employment law injunctions, contractual disputes and defamation actions. He is currently one of the leading solicitors in Ireland representing clients in tracker mortgage overcharging cases; particularly customers who have been put back onto the incorrect tracker rate.

Olivia works in the Property Department, with extensive and wide-ranging experience in all aspects of commercial and business law. Olivia specialises in commercial and residential property transactions. She acts for various corporate and private clients in relation to the acquisition, funding and disposals of property. She also advises both landlords and tenants of commercial property in the negotiation of new leases and the assignment and subletting of existing leases.

Olivia has a comprehensive understanding of the complex legal and business issues associated with both commercial and residential property transactions.

Olivia also practices in the area of will drafting, probate, estate planning and administration of estates.

AnnMarie has over 11 years’ experience in the areas of Litigation, Probate, Wardship, Conveyancing and Wills and Estate Planning. AnnMarie is a graduate of the University of Limerick and qualified as a Solicitor in 2012.

AnnMarie has completed the Society of Trusts and Estate Planning Diploma (STEP) and the Certificate in Assisted Decision Making and Capacity. AnnMarie is representing clients in relation to all arrangements under the newly established Decision Support Service (DSS).

AnnMarie also deals with all Probate related matters, both contentious and non-contentions. She guides Executors/Administrators through the probate process in a sensitive and efficient manner. AnnMarie also assists clients in relation to taxation issues arising.

Cathal Lawlor established the tax division within Lawlor Partners in 2006. This division provides advice on a wide range of tax issues including Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Capital Acquisitions Tax and Stamp Duty.

Cathal has expertise in advising on property transactions, family partnerships, transfer of assets to the next generation, tax efficient remuneration and Revenue investigations.

An alumnus of both Deloitte and Mazars where he gained valuable experience across a range of tax heads, he specialised in private client taxation with a particular interest in Estates and probates. He qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser from the Institute of Tax in 1999. He augmented that qualification in 2013 when he became a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners an international professional body for advisers who specialise in inheritance and succession planning. This enables Cathal to give clear and accurate tax advises to other legal firms and accountancy practices and clients generally which require the input of an experienced tax specialist.

He has presented to several professional accounting bodies for CPD purposes, business forums and Chambers of Commerce and has contributed to a variety of national publications on Tax matters.
